I found the website a little confusing when I tried to book online. It seems like something that should be straightforward, but it took more effort than I expected to figure out the steps.

So, the odor definitely improved, which was nice, but the fresh smell didn’t really last that long. It was okay, just not quite as fresh as I was hoping

I was disappointed with the experience overall. The service felt rushed, and for the price I paid, it just didn’t feel like good value. I had higher expectations going in, so yeah, it was a bit of a letdown.

In my experience, they handled the basic cleaning well, so I don’t really have complaints there. I just personally expected a few more service options. When I asked about things like carpet cleaning or deeper appliance cleaning, there wasn’t much they could do. Booking was fine overall, but the list of services felt a little limited for what I was looking for

The service itself was fine, no real complaints there, but the bill was confusing. There were a couple of extra fees on the invoice that I had to reach out and ask about, which felt like a waste of energy. I just wish everything had been explained clearly upfront so I didn’t have to spend time figuring it out.

I ordered a few cleaning products from goclean.ca and overall they were okay. A couple of them did a good job on kitchen grease, which was nice. One of the sprays had a stronger smell than I expected though, and it seemed to run out faster than I’d hoped. Shipping was fine, no real issues there. i might’ve just caught them at a bad time or picked the wrong items, because it wasn’t terrible, just didn’t totally feel worth the price for me.

I thought I had a good idea of what I was going to pay, but then extra fees showed up later in the process. When I reached out, support basically said something like, “those charges are listed before the final step,” but I still feel like they could’ve been made more obvious upfront

I booked them for a move-out clean, it was kind of underwhelming. They showed up late, which threw things off a bit, and I noticed they missed the baseboards and the inside of some cupboards. A few areas looked decent, so it wasn’t a total miss, but in my opinion, a move-out clean should be more thorough. I ended up having to go back and clean again myself.

The whole experience was frustrating. The staff didn’t come across as professional at all, and the replies I got were slow and kind of rude. I also really didn’t like that there was basically no real human contact, it felt like I was just being brushed off or passed around instead of actually speaking to someone who cared. I had to keep asking the same questions just to get a clear answer. Maybe they were busy, but it still left a bad impression. I wouldn’t use them again.

I booked a cleaning and they showed up late, then the next time they cancelled last minute. I had to keep rearranging my plans, which got frustrating. To be fair, the actual cleaning was fine when they did show up, and maybe I just had bad luck, but the scheduling issues were enough that I probably wouldn’t book again

I booked Goclean i was disappointed. I don’t expect perfection, but I do think it’s fair to expect the basics to be done properly when you’re paying for a cleaning. There was still dust in the corners, the sink didn’t look like it had been wiped down well, and a few spots on the floor were completely missed. It felt rushed, like they just handled the most obvious areas and moved on. I know everyone has busy days, but taking a bit more care with someone’s home feels like basic decency. Not really worth it for me

From what I remember, my experience with goclean.ca wasn’t great mainly because the communication felt all over the place. I kept having to ask for basic details, and even when I got replies, they didn’t really answer what I was asking. It made the whole process feel more frustrating and unorganized than it needed to be. I can’t really speak much about the actual cleaning, but based on how I remember the back-and-forth, getting clear info was harder than it should’ve been.

I was hoping this would do more, but the stains only faded a tiny bit. Maybe I expected too much, or maybe my stains were just too set in, I don’t know. Either way, it didn’t feel worth it for me.

After that though, things started getting kind of sloppy. A few areas were missed, appointment times got switched around, and I ended up feeling like I had to double-check everything myself.

I’m totally fine with the occasional small mistake, but the inconsistency got frustrating. For what they charge, I expected things to be more reliable, so I probably wouldn’t book them again.

To be fair, the place did look mostly clean afterward, so I’m not saying they did a terrible job. I just feel like if I’m paying someone to clean my home, it’s reasonable to expect them to be careful with my things too.

A small vase ended up chipped, and a few items looked like they’d been moved around roughly. When I brought it up, nobody seemed that concerned, which bothered me more than the chip itself. Maybe I’m picky, but I don’t think being careful is too much to ask, so I probably wouldn’t book them again.

I felt comfortable booking with them. The cleaner showed up on time, everything went smoothly, and nothing felt sketchy at all. They were a little slow to reply at one point, but overall it was a good experience 👍
